So please do read these before buying.General Art TOSBy purchasing customized artwork from Ajax you automatically agree to these terms of service.Ajax retains the right to refuse a commision request without requiring to explain as to why.
Artwork is only used in personal usage, please do contact the artist if you want to use the Artwork in a commercial way.I do not allow my artwork being used in:
- Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs)
- AI image creation
My art is not allowed to be used in the training of AI to replicate images.
This includes all of my artwork.The Artist reserves all rights for any images the artist created, which includes the display of all commissioned works on any website and gallery. But if the client requests to have it not shown publicly, please tell the artist.You may repost the commissioned artwork, but you are required to give proper credit to the artist.All payment is upfront unless stated otherwise.
Refunds aren’t given after the commision has been completed.
In any case the artist cannot complete the commission, the artist will give a full refund.Do not remove my watermark on my artwork.Design TOSDo not remove the credit of characters and designs by me.Reselling a character is fine, as long as it's for the original price.
Unless the character has extra art.
This includes personal created art, commissioned art and literature.You are free to redesign the character however you want.
But you need to keep the design still recognizable to be mine.If they are a part of an original species, their rules apply to an extent.
